That KFP cookbook is pretty nice, there are some spelling mistakes and you can tell the English was written by ESLs but the recipes are tasty. Estofado De Pollo, Hatian Lasagna, KFP Japanese Fried Chicken, Schnitzel with Spatzle, Snow White Cake, Chocolate Cream Pie and Waterzooi all look fucking fantastic and I'll get around to making them one day.
