I liked Haachama in early 2020, wish she didn't lose her creative spark and motivation for content creation.
You guys have any recs outside of Hololive? I don't really like watching Holos, they're too samey and boring these days.

I like chuubas like Pomu who are always trying to push the boundaries of content and constantly coming up with ideas they can turn into streams. Are there really no indies with that kind of passion?

Their old vids have EN subs but it's a little hard to watch them nowadays if you're EOP since youtube removed the community subs feature. They also had collabs with Deron if you're looking for a familiar face.

If you're looking for EN vtubers there aren't many with similar creative streaks aside from Pomu. Ame if I had to say, but I haven't kept up with her content. You can ask /vsj/ because apparently Nyan is pretty good too.

ame has a lot of these flashes of creativity that come out during superchat readings because she gets bored and starts messing around with her stream elements, but of course, you have to be an avid follower of her content to be watching her read superchats in the first place, so i can see why people who don't follow her closely would miss out on a lot of these things. the ame review stream was a fun example of how ame uses OBS magic to make memeable content.
