Being honest, both EN and ID are finished, regardless if it's women or men.
Even if they are women, major chance they will collab with Tempus since EN doesn't give a fuck about male collabs anymore, and even if they don't, they will be a time bomb, just waiting for a discord yab to happen and we end up discovering they were interacting, playing and flirting behind the scenes all along, then they will go full Kronii route.
The only thing we can do do is pray that Tempus is indeed EN3, and it's actually JP7 upcoming.

It doesn't matter from which branch it is, there shouldn't be an automatic "Oh it's been X amount of time, let's hit the new gen button". You should only release a new gen when there are actually enough top candidates to form a elite group. That's what Hololive is supposed to be.
I'm happy that Cover learned their lesson with Council and are now taking their time. I don't want to ever see a Council situation again.
