Well, they are doing their own thing. Collabs outside of Tempus don't make up much of their stream time and don't shape their solo content. Only Axel is struggling with his own identity because of permissions and his music focus taking away time from streaming. He ended up being the actual collab workhorse because of that, which is something you'd know if you watched streams.

Pretty much everyone since HoloJP gen 3 have joined for that reason and many were 2views before they did. When JP first started they collabed with everyone, including males from nijisanji, to get as much as exposure as possible and now that Hololive has grown they don't need to. Tempus guys are in a similar situation because most Holo girls won't collab with them so it reduces potential collab partners substantially and those that decide to collab do not necessarily have huge overlapping audiences. They could collab with their HomoJP senpai more but JPs have low viewers and language barrier reduces chances of getting any meaningful growth out of collabs even further. At this point most holo fans are already aware of Tempus and those that were interested have already subscribed. What else is there left for them to do? They will continue doing solo content, collabing with each other and other holo production members, but having outside collabs may be the only option left for them to get more exposure. Magni is going to collab with the biggest EN male vtuber (shoto) soon and if he manages to impress his audience he may get a boost. That's how shoto got big: he collabed with Luxiem and his viewers increased 3-5 times. It's fine if you don't like homoEN but hating them for trying to grow their channels is just retarded.
