I’m shocked that no one mentioned this: Vesper Noir from Holostars EN Tempus is 100% autistic. He’s doing a three hour bike picture review stream right now and has eight bikes of his own. He cares more about bikes than almost anything else in the world.

She's pretty good at collabs because of her autism actually. The inability to read social cues means she just kind of assumes everyone in a collab setting is going to be friendly no matter what so she instantly breaks the ice and there's no initial awkwardness. In all my time of watching her the Pomu incident is literally the only time that her inability to read the room has backfired on her.

The most obvious answer outside of the two big corpos is Pippa, given that she’s actually admitted it. Sure, she’s never literally said she has autism, but she *has* said that she has “pipkin”…which is a mental condition from her native homeland that happens to have all the same symptoms of autism.
That said, I actually think that her favorite collab partner in PC might have it too. It’s possible to hide your autism (the word they officially use is “masking”) by studying social cues and practicing it like you do any other skill. But I have full-blown autism with a diagnosis and everything, and Lumi reminds me so much of myself that it definitely seems plausible.
Coincidentally, I’m a fan of Lumi because of her zatsudans, I actually have never heard of nor give a shit about most of the games she plays.

I like Rosemi, but this post is more correct than incorrect.
She has a kayfabe that is seriously different than her actual personality. That's why she gets so much shit for imposter syndrome.
Personally, I think the kayfabe works well for her, but it does seem pretty draining to keep up the act.
As an addendum, there's nothing wrong with putting on an act or having a bigger kayfabe than others. That's part of the beauty of vtubers, that they can put on masks and be perfect anime girls to lighten the hearts of their fans. If they were forced to be more "real", it would ruin the magic
