Honestly I don't think she ever will. Gura's really good at grooming her unicorns. I think it's pretty clear to anyone with a brain she'd take their attention and momey over a stars collab.
The only thing I can see happening would be if Mori or Ame tried getting her into a collab with a surprise star. However I actually think Gura would be balsey enough to call in sick, cut her internet before the stream starts, or even leave at the start of the stream due to "emergency".

That's the thing, she might occasionally toss references to it, but Gura really doesn't seem to wanna go down that path again. I really doubt EN management would even care if she did, given the way they manage the whole branch, but everything Gura has done, including her song Reflect, made it clear that the past is the past, and that she's been cleaning up and wants go the full idol route, damned be the ones who want their "gremlin" back.

On a more personal note, i just think it's a crying shame someone with a very successful recovery story can't even share it due to rules and privacy concerns, and she still has to deal with brain dead idiots trying to get her to fall back with the "oh you were more fun back then" bullshit. Maybe it's just my autism flaring at max, but that kinda crap just pisses me off more so than anything else. I don't care if someone drinks or do whatever, but nobody should be shamed away from cleaning up and being healthier for the sake of someone's entertainment.
