Sora has many years behind. interviews, events and has MC in some of them.
It helps that she moderates her language (low on 'yabai' for example) and hasn't been involved in troubles.
Gura would need to ramp up her presence and involvement to be able to replace her. In the west is not a problem but in Japan and SEA I don't think that she can chance.

They won't stream, because the (bad) examples previous EN generations have set.
