I'd say Aqua and Pikamee set the bar for S-tier autism, while Shondo and Chloe are solid A's.
My reasoning for putting Shondo in A would be because she is at least quite confident and quick witted within the confines of her controlled environment.
Chloe might even get knocked down to B tier, considering she handles herself pretty well in social situations, she just has weird living habits and a quirky personality.
