See this is where you're wrong because Kiaras superchats readings, which are normally some of the most boring streams for everyone, are some of her best content because she goes off on 10 tangents about random shit, interacts with the chat and sometimes completely forgets to continue reading supas because of how much she's yapping about random stuff.
I think her main problem is bad times for major markets, chicken voice, massive anti campaign before she even debuted and a couple of months after the debut (orange board), forcing yuri shit in the cringiest way possible, and crying about numbers, and how she is the last one in the gen, when she was around 300k if im not mistaken. After that, she spammed JRPG's after becoming an ambassador for BANDAI, and that filtered out people even more.
To her credit, and despite crying about numbers, she mentioned several times how she wants to play an X game and doesnt care who is going to watch it, which is a bit contradictory with her numberfagging, but oh well...women.
And her collab with pekora was so forced and sad, and i personally believe that it was arranged by the management and with the help of some other JP's just to help out Kiara incline a bit.

Thanks to the bunnyayu incident, we've seen how streamers/vtubers will message each other on discord, requesting to like/retweet things for increased exposure. What Kiara does is no different.
