Shes a laid back artist who plays gacha to pass the time. The only thing she values is art deadlines, and hololive was a side gig that just monitized her time fucking around when not drawing. The back issue and everything was one thing, but its pretty clear that she didnt really want to expand outside her comfort zone and just do what she wanted and hoped people would just support that.

The part that gets me is the girls telling her "she'll do great" so supposedly she got a new role, but it doesn't have to be a job. It could literally be the responsibility of being a parent.

What's more to say? She was hired through recommendation to a once in every 3 lifetimes opportunity, given one of THE WORST models ever concocted by human hands, and completely fumbled the bag.
I guarantee you her model creation went like this.
"Sana, we are going to make you a space-themed character! Do you have any inputs?"

"OK!" They afterwards proceeded to google black American children and thought the colorful clips they put in their hair looked good and inclusive. Then they decided to take an extra juicy shit on her character and put these disgusting slimes on the obnoxious beads. A gyaru would have been 1000x better than the abomination we had to look at.
She wasn't able to handle the pressure of streaming on a schedule and frequently had grasped at excuses to get out of streaming as much as possible. She actually had people worrying that she had broken her back or some stupid shit like her dog died to get monthly breaks but the second she leaves she is onto streaming some shitty mobile game.
The only real achievement she had was managing to graduate from hololive without destroying an entire branch of the company, leaking information to a dramatuber about your company and coworkers just because someone found out you had a boyfriend, or being exposed for fucking dozens of men and angering your entire nation's fanbase. So at least there is a small chance she can come back!!!
