Even if EN3 comes out I won't be watching them, because what's the point? What's the point of being invested in a vtuber if she's going to collab with a male? Why would you spend months supporting her, being a member etc. when she can just randomly decide one day to collab with a male?

HoloEN fucked itself into pieces with their decision to allow them to do whatever they want. There is no certainty anymore and ergo no reason to get invested or watch a theoretical EN3 chuuba. You'll just end up feeling like a jackass.

They are likely taking a step back to thoroughly review candidates at this point, especially after all the nonsense they've dealt with so far. They already changed the application pages and put in for some restrictions to reflect that.

They probably see someone like Koyori or Kaela and think they can do better. Axel mentioned something that made sense, that some of their decision-making is based upon a role they wish to fill and they're looking for even a specific voice. That would explain Council.

Clearly what they need to avoid college girls and loner weebs. They need hags, and we do too.

That's such a retarded way of hiring new members that it'll always result in at least one or two members never succeeding in that role. While I understand that's partially due to them commissioning the models before deciding who they pick I believe a Nijisanji approach of having a bank of available characters would be so much better in the long run. It would make the hiring process much more flexible and they wouldn't need to resort to this typecasting nonsense. They threw away two amazing designs because they couldn't find people that fit, and while I'm glad their artists got another chance they still made 2 perfectly usable characters that were shelved for literally no good reason.
