Either you filter out the gachis from the beginning (ie: Mori, Bae), or you can cash in on them and understand the consequences (ie: Gura, Rushia). You can't have both. What Kronii should have done is ease her audience into it like Ame. Even with Ame's clumsy way of handling it, it turned out fine for her since she's been filtering her fanbase from the beginning. She at least didn't warrant a response from management.
In the end, you get another deadweight Council member completely carried by her voice.

Ame managed to make her gachis respect and trust her. It was a long and difficult road but she never second guessed herself and managed to build a loyal fanbase that won't drop her if not for a huge yab, like rushia tier.
