That was a very pathetic attempt, all he really did was spam up her chat every stream until someone directly DM-ed her and she asked him to stop spamming the chat and he sperged out and had a total menhera breakdown. He obviously wasn't getting anywhere grooming her because the way he talked in chat made it pretty obvious he was trying way too hard to make them seem closer than they were just because he was a modded, he spoke like he was trying to make the rest of the chat jealous when the way she interact with him was almost indifferent, like less affectionate than a regular chatter. You have average views with include raids but raiders have to stick around for so long before they count towards your 'true' CCV. I have a partner level CCV right now but my 'true' average is about 20 below that still so I can't unlock the partner application, for example. If this was true the raid% on my last stream should be about 18% instead of 60%. I got raided with like 150 half 2.5 hours into a 6 hour stream and retained 80 dropping roughly linearly to 50 in the last 3 hours (after a half hour gap to allow for your theory). My average for the whole stream (all viewers included) was 44. My non-raid average of pre-raid and post-raid+half hour, if the viewers get counted after 30minutes, should be around 36. Meaning the raid% should be around 18%, but Twitch says my raid% is 60% which puts my non-raid average for the night around 17 which is good but not unusually good performance for my streams (minus raids) esp. with the increased visibility from higher raid-included CCV.
