Taking Kronii as a point of reference, if she is living concept of time and we take the "Jiren is stronger than time" line as canon then any character around the level of Ultra Instinct is a bit stronger than every character around Kronii and Sana's level.

So would Bae and Beerus be around the same level? They seem to fit a similar function in their universe and even their personalities sorta line up.

In Dragon Ball Super, Vegeta straight up punches through hakai - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4yT3BOQSEGw, an existence erasure ability, because he's apparently too powerful to be erased. Goku was also shown to be able to survive this ability at base - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VfCxpLvesqk, and Goku in his strongest form is definitely comparable to Vegeta.

On a separate occasion, Goku moves through erased time because he's just too powerful to be affected by time stops.

In the universe of Dragon Ball, a lot of hax and abilities don't work on you if you're strong enough, and you can just overpower them with sheer power. So there's a case to be had that "death" can be likened to a weaker hax than hakai.

Shu:
Contrary to what some people think, Shu doesn't have the power of god or anything like that. You can argue that he was saved by god or whatever in his debut lore video but it doesn't mean he is as powerful or has those powers. He can use curse magic though so there's that.

Vox & Fulgur:
Vox's only power is that he can maybe enchant a few hundred people, and that he has decent sword-based combat ability.
