I don't think they hate each other, but it's obvious they aren't close. Individually they have great chemistry, but together they have no clear connection. Say what you want about Council and Hope, they all have a natural friendship together.

A bit of context can explain why she got annoyed at that so much

>expecting the Rust war to take place across different areas, so spent a while building a tower on the other side of the map
>wanted to get to pekoras place once she got word the war was there, but was delayed by things like Kiara getting lost and her car's engine accidentally being shot
>arrives late and the war is over, her internet starts acting like turd and lagging the stream
>kinda fixes it, but then game then starts shitting itself and completely crashes
>reloads stream, tries to make it to the photographing area again but gets killed by a random animal
>respawns and at this point thinks "whatever, I'll drive my car off a ramp near the photo area and then call it a day"
>was streaming for about 14 hours straight up to this point, probably frustrated and tired
>gets killed by Gura while she's building her ramp

So basically it was the straw that broke the camels back.
