From time to time I rewatch their Christmas night together, and every time I watch, Miko's feelings become more and more obvious. She is just an open book most of the time.
Miko is genuinely afraid of what Pekora can do to her. Especially after being thoroughly raped by Pekora last season.

Of course they have bullet points to get things along in collabs, but that doesn't apply to all cases. I'm sure they had some topics in case the stream got stale for any reason, but how they go about it, the tangents and what they talk about is entirely up to them.
They don't have scripts on what to say, they have bullet points to direct collabs, IF NECESSARY, pairs that have great synergy and know each other for a while mostly likely ditch that entirely.
Pekora in particular, she plays off chat a lot. Often she'd talk about things chat was curious to know.

If that's the case then I think they overdid it in making it look like Pekora and Miko had grown to dislike each other for over a year, they should have just kept it to 1 year or maybe even 6 months.
