Unless you're playing cs:go on a 140 hrz monitor and you want to get that millisecond edge over the other team - keep vsync on at 60.

All she has to do is use CPU encoding. I don't know why niggers insist on using fucking GPU encoding when everyone has fucking 6+ core cpus these days with at least 2 cores doing jack shit while they're playing games.
The small bump in encoding quality isn't worth it because you have to configure a framecap else your fucking stream will die once the GPU starts shitting out too many frames.
