They've been treating her well, and she's mentioned as much several times. She's also able to actually stream games now publically.
I doubt VShojo really respects her fanbase, though. The Western views on streamers is completely alien to Japanese streamers, especially one with as many gachikoi as her. We just need to hope they don't try to convince her to do something stupid.
Personally, I'm curious if she has any "goals" or things to aim for as Nazuna. However, I appreciate that just being able to stream consistently is probably enough of an achievement for her right now.

Let's be clear: she's almost the exact polar opposite of a lot of Western streamers, especially Twitch streamers. You can notice alreadyy that there are more normalfags and casuals in her chat than there ever was in the Rushia days. Of course, I trust wife to understand this, and I believe it is clear now that she seems to realise that her core Mikeneko fanbase and her Twitch chat aren't going to hold the exact same opinions. Luckily, it seems like she values her core fanbase more, which she should.

They can't "force" Nazuna to do anything, that's correct. That doesn't mean that they won't say stuff to her.
Case in point: they recently told her that the female portion of her audience has been dropping since her debut. We know this because Nazuna brought it up on stream. Frankly, if they mentioned this to her and didn't bother to give her tips on how to change this if she wanted to, the question you should be asking is "what's the point of those meetings then?"

I'm also sure that they tell her to stream whenever she wants, without telling her to keep in mind that the jp's are good for that schedule, they try to influence her schedule, she herself has said that they told her not to stream just after waking up and I'm sure this drastic change of wanting to change her sleep schedule, apart from her health surely they told her that if she streams in the morning she can collab with the vshojo girls.
Her Twitch mods don't speak jp and I doubt she knows them, other than that they don't do anything, for example when she switches games and forgets to change the game category they don't change it.

Not to mention the issue of male collabs which I'm sure they've told her to do.

The "no bit reading" thing is really unusual, the more I think about it. Rushia was known for her superchat readings, and they even have some sort of software for Kson's Twitch chat to make bit donations resemble Superchats, but they just haven't given that to her chat.
One theory I had was that there was a fear of "harrassing" bit donations, but I simply don't know and there's simply not enough information or transparency for us to know anything for certain.
