I would like to confess that I drink 2-4 redbulls every single day in the hopes that I leave this earth before haachama's eventual graduation.

Energy drinks contain significantly more caffeine on average than what's in a cup of coffee. They also have a metric fuck ton of sugar, like several spoons worth per can which is insanely bad for your body. Some energy drinks contain over twice the amount of sugar that you're supposed to have in a week. And that's on top of whatever sweeteners, stabilizers, and other chemicals in there that are probably bad for you.

Mind you, taking too much coffee every day is also really bad for you, especially if you're taking any past 6pm since that will make it much harder to go to sleep. Caffeine dependency fucking sucks, avoid it if you can.

a single energy drink usually has a shitload of sugar and an excessive amount of caffeine. a cup of coffee has between 30 and 40mg of caffeine and most energy drinks have around 100mg. the bigger energy drinks have even more sugar and typically over 150mg of caffeine. it's bad for your health to have 400mg or more of caffeine in a day, and even then, that's a lot of caffeine to be using in a single day. the average person would probably wreck their sleep schedule if they were to use that much. drinking energy drinks on a regular basis is also just as unhealthy as drinking soda.
