I can't stop daydreaming for hours every fucking day imagining myself as an owner of Hololive, how I would take care of all the girls, making sure they are not stressed, payed well, how I would handle inner conflicts, invite them to barbecue parties etc.

Start your own vtuber company. Create or commission a cute live2d character model and hold auditions to find a performer, there's tons of people trying to break into this fad that would probably apply. Pick someone and work out a deal to split the profits of the streams. Get into the twitter tags to generate interest, if the model is good and the girl is good it might work out. Then commission another model and do it again. Once you have two you can have them collab to push each other. Once you have a decent audience you can also network with more established people.

Eventually kill yourself because it's actually a lot more complicated and stressful than you dreamed, the girls are probably not that nice because they're real people, one of them said nigger on stream, another one got doxxed and people found out she's a whore, you keep getting demonetized, etc.

That makes me think about an original vtuber management simulator game in which the player is a failed idol producer starting his own vtuber agency after hearing about others success like an IDOLM@STER parody of some sort. You would have to do things like casting potential talents, finding the right character artists/riggers and solving all problems, which will appear through streaming as a vtuber.

Im learning japanese and doing my study+work reps in hopes of one day getting hired by Cover and having a sliver of a chance of getting to interact with any holo and making a good impression.
Its actually how I keep myself motivated.

.....Would throw a barbeque for the Hologirls, yes.
how good are you at cooking?
me....
I barbeque chicken, steaks, dogs, and patties w' aplomb.
I have my own secret sauce pattie that has a soft rare center
I have my gramma's onion-pattie and grampaws spice pattie recipie
i'll broil dogs, brats, and kielbasas for days
I prefer to flash barbeque the chicken for a short total of time
.... it gets the hottest part of the grill for 2 minutes only.
.... previously soft boiled in a lemon pepper marinette

yeah. barbeque...

Can you raise enough capital to start your own vTuber agency? After that, you'll need to find an expert on copyright law.

It's because their neotene appearances (and sometimes infantile behaviour) induces nurturing behaviour. In reality they're grown ass women.

I'm in a similar boat anon, except I imagine myself as a vtuber working alongside them. I'm autistic enough to imagine what kind of streams I would do, how I would interact with others, what video ideas I would have or what comments I would get.
kill me already
