Using Phase Connect as Chaos is stupid for the simple reason that there is no story between the two, and one of the foundations that is cornerstone of the story of W40K is Horus falling for Chaos. Which can be Coco. It's a bit unfair to her, but Horus WAS lured into it and some of the fault lies at the feet of the Emperor (Yagoo). Horus killing the angel, aka, Coco making Kanata leave due to the change of company...It's so obvious you can make it work. But Phase Connect? What do they have that fits there? Nothing.
