Not apartment, house. She's renting a house. The word she used is different from Moona.

Mooner is "sewa apartemen per bulan 7jt" (renting an apartment for 7mio IDR per month).

Whereas Risu is "ngontrak", root word "kontrak" (literally means contracting, means renting a house) with prefix "ng-". You wouldn't normally use the word "ngontrak" for renting an apartment. You use this for house.

Also, Risu's brother is supposedly in college not working. Idk if that has changed, or he got a part-time job (which is VERY MUCH uncommon in Indonesia, I cannot overstate this more) but Risu's younger brother is getting his S1 (yea you know that joke "S3 Marketing", S3 means Ph.D degree in Indonesia and S1 is Bachelor. S2 is Master).

There are circumstances. Houses in Jakarta and satellite cities are expensive. Moona has only recently graduated from college and that's why renting apartment is still acceptable for her. Maybe earnings from her future EP will be enough?
