Ina and Calli seem to be going for a "roommate-style" vibe, which at least gives something different to their normal outfit, and Kiara's can only be an improvement. Meanwhile, Gura seems to be going from one meme outfit to another, so I doubt she'll wear it more than a month or two after the reveal.

Not really. Outside of Gura, most of the EN girls problem lies in them streaming outside of American time. Either too early or too late to capitalize on it. This didn't seem to be a problem last year but they've slowly drifted Apart from these time slots over time. Then you've got playing retro or debuff games that their audience clearly doesn't like. Maybe an odd game here or there or collab will bring the viewers in but its usually minecraft or apex that gives them more steady numbers than what they're usually playing, no matter how many people complain about them. Not trying to dictate what they should play because its up to them but a critique in how they allot time too it. If you know you want to play a certain game and not a lot of people are going to watch it, just do like Ina and play a huge chunk of it at a time. Better than dragging out an RPG over months to complete it (looks at Anya's Crystar playthrough). That's what I would do if I was a vtuber or potential vtuber.

I had the same thing happen to me. I forgot she was even part of the EN group because youtube refused to show me anything of hers. I got curious and took a look at her channel back in February and ended up liking her the most out of all of them, but I'm still not sure why her videos never showed up in the feed.

Mori stream on whatever she can fit into her schedule so it's usually prime JP hours. Kiara either streams at prime JP hours or after it ends like 3 AM for JP which is unironically SEA prime hours and 8 PM for EU. Ina streams at prime EU hours, usually between 10 PM to 1 AM, which is like 2-4 PM for most of US. Later Gura and Ame streams at prime US timezones.
