Does this make the theory that I had for HoloEarth more or less likely?
To be clear, my theory is that HoloEarth is supposed to be two things at once: One, the whole "metaverse-style game" thing that's trend chasing more than anything, so like, open-world and base building with resource gathering and mob grinding outside of a few safe zones where people gather for social stuff. And Two, the main focus, as a platform to have girls run events like concerts and Meet&Greets in a VR space that allows for real-time shit, in the pursuit of that whole "bring everything closer together" thing they've been trying to get. So like, put on a VR headset and watch your oshi do a concert in real time, without having it be pre-recorded movements or singing.

Maimoto and tenkai as hosts, the captains has their own bench, and a 3D field. It won't be hard to implement. Only the host stage and 3D bench needs to be there, the gameplay would be from the game itself and the livers playing could actually sit on the bench in 3D, huddle up for game strategy and march on the field with their own songs. HoloSummer opened up a lot of possibilities, granted this is their first 3D big event trial.

It's still definitely under anime in terms of renown. Under manga, too, absolutely. It's big, but only about as big as, say, K-Pop is in the US: Decent force, but not like, on the level of the real players in the mainstream.
Like, Japan has 100,000,000 people. 200,000 people watching the Hololive stream today, if we were generous and assumed 100% of the people watching were Japanese, would mean 0.002, or 0.2% of the population was watching. If we add in the viewers for Koishien, assuming that every viewer was in Japan and ALSO assuming that not a single scrap of overlap exists between people watching Koishien and people watching Hololive, would bump the total population up to around 0.6%.
That's not insignificant on a real numbers basis, but it's nothing in terms of "mainstream event numbers." I don't think this shows what you think it shows anon. also again, with 120k more subs (nearly twice Magni) and a debut stretch which reached more than double the Tempus Debuts I would hope he outperforms in VOD views. In fact Magni has higher peaks and ignoring the SC/member streams he has higher lows. Now Compare him to Scarle, or Maria or Aia. Even Ren doesn't really outperform him by much despite having well over double the subs and having had much higher highs early on.
