Find one obviously, but with a low view count. Lower views means little competition. They're most likely to have some mental problems if they are a vtuber. Compliment them but like a lonely girl. Say nice things about their voice, their gameplay, vibe etc. Of course send them some money, but not a lot. Maybe like $5 per week? Soon enough she will see you as some sort of hope. If you haven't already, follow her and like almost every tweet of hers. Not too much of it or else it'll look like your stalking her. Of course talk to her too, she'll reply and you'll get a conversation going. After a while, slide into her dms or maybe if your lucky enough she will slide into yours. Talk to her about her well being or something. Of course you can do this if she's upset which is perfect. Soon enough she will see you as a friend. And after that... you'll get to have fun with her.
