This clip was from less than a month after she started streaming, she hasn't been here in well over a year according to herself, and I'm willing to believe it because I don't think she could handle seeing all of the things said about her here. Really nasty stuff.
She has said many times she thinks places like this should be reserved for viewers, and it's an awful idea to come here. Apparently one time she visited and saw a thread about herself and immediately closed the site and shut down her computer out of fear. I think she has 2view syndrome, she still thinks she's a baby vtuber, always underrestimates her audience for events and ends up biting off more than she can chew etc. I think the idea she's big or at least has enough interest to be talked about anywhere freaked her out. She was a VTuber viewer since 2018 supposedly and becoming one herself probably took some adjustment, especially once she got relatively popular.

It's a reaonsable take, I do think there is no issue lurking as a vtuber if you can take it & are experienced enough (some can!), but it's definitely not recommended for everyone, especially for the shondo I remember. See pic-rel for a similar take about it from Nina (one of the "bigger small indies" who got her own thread).

Hopefully she get used to the idea she's big eventually. At least she realizes it enough to pass on that Hololive offer while saying it would have been the only opporunity she would considersince. She's among the biggest EN indies and attached to her character, so she knows she can make that choice.

I don't think she ever applied to a corpo, she said she got an opportunity that she refused on Feb 16 or 17 2011 witch is a deleted vod (16&17). But it was not clear if it's Hololive or some other group

If it means anything she likes /us/ at least a little, or at least feels neutral. She has a running Reddit joke where the word is treated as a slur or something and as if she can't say the word because it disgusts her too much, and when finding out a small percentage of her redirected audience came from there she had a NOOOO NOT REDDIT AHHHHH scream but when reading 4chan she snorted and giggled about it and the worst she'll say about this website is ooooh anonymous hacker!!! so I think she recognizes it as her roots as a viewer but has just moved on, and I think that's for the best. She's said before a lot of the stuff said here, even about other VTubers, is too hurtful for her, and she used to browse the old Hololive General for rundowns of streams and shit before this board even existed.

I think she likes edgy humor, intended on saying it and I forgot, but the other day she was tweeting about brain worms, called herself a retard and deleted it a millisecond later and replaced it with the word "stupid". I thought I was imagining it but a couple others in /lig/ saw it, nobody took a screenshot unfortunately. I think the edge, the "humor" of this place as some have said is deeply embedded in her somewhere. Though she's also said her mom calls her a retard all of the time
