Most of the Hololive audience are male and they are there to watch girls being cute with eachother. Not to mention that Holostars wasn't really allowed to interact with the girls at first and they are VERY disconnected with the main branch.

I'll help, and this isn't even a tribal thing: Both Holos and Nijis get a massive sub boost from corpo unity, but most of those people are just showing surface-level support and don't actually show up outside of special events. Stars are separated from the girls enough that the effect isn't nearly as strong, so a much larger proportion of their subs are actually watching.

What really trips me up is seeing how hololive uses ccv numbers as their primary marketing strategy. "watch us because our ccv is higher". Meanwhile they get very low superchats in proportion to their ccv, like shocking low actually.
