For me, Petra > Selen > Rosemi
Petra's outfit is just fucking SEXO incarnate. I really liked her before, and I really like her even more now. I also feel that her original hairstyle works very well with the new outfit, and the others not so much.
Selen's outfit is great. I think the coat is overall too busy, but I like the look. Dunno about the secretary glasses, but without the coat she gave us a very fucking important think that I don't think any other Niji has given us, which is sideboob. By far the best thing about her outfit. I'd place her first if her new backgrounds and chat overlay were included in the scoring; they're gorgeous and the best in NijiEN.
Rosemi's was honestly underwhelming. I guess an A for effort on her part with all the lore shit she added, but the outfit itself is kinda meh. I feel like the hairstyle doesn't work with her face, and having her original hairstyle on the new outfit clashes a lot with my sense of aesthetics. To be fair, it was hard to improve upon her original outfit, and we know Selen and Rosemi's mamas didn't work on the new outfits, but I'm just wondering if they had to pay out of pocket for their outfits because Rosemi's just looks like it has less polish compared to the other two.

Rosemi > Petra > Selen

Rosemi's outfit looks like it had a lot more thought put into it, especially the boots and cane, plus the hairstyle is really unique and actually fits her well

Petra's design is really detailed as well, the armband is a nice touch and the full suit tights is fucking SEX, the only reason I put her below Rosemi is because she doesn't have any new or exciting accessories like Rosemi

Selen's design seems the most "safe" where it still looks like Selen and doesn't really feel that new or impressive.
her bare legs could've used some more design, and the exposed armpits are not as great as Petra's in terms of looks and presentation

Rosemis outfit is by far the best one when it comes to fashion, it's a direct upgrade of her old one. I am not a fan of twin tails but they suit her here. She's a 10/10 for me and I like that they incorporated her Satan lore.

Petras outfit is an upgrade to her previous one because the previous one was so lacking, but it doesn't suit her character at all. She should've kept her short hair to create some contrast with her outfit, so I don't feel like the long hair suits her. She gets a 6/10 for me because it's still more interesting than her previous design.
Selene is a direct downgrade for me because they took a tomboy and sexified it which is not why I like her. She looks better with the overcoat on as it gives her a more imposing silhouette but the dress itself, while pretty, takes away from her chill personality and tomboy nature. 4/10 for me.

I like straight hair but they go better with bobs than two side up / twin tails. And if used with twintails a more futuristic design like delutaya / reol would go well due to it feeling cooler with the sharp edge.

her design was too soft / wavy and it just distracts me too much.

petra's design for me is not bad but the proportions just feel off. (huge head syndrome... which wasn't apparent because of her lack of boobs... but is now highlighted by those stick limbs---whereas the parka used to hide the deficiencies)

selen's design is OK. more reminiscent of her PL and not so much out of place compared to the other 2.

Petra:9.8/10 the only one on her gen with a seocnd outfit by her OG mama, its also one of the second outfits i have seen that most differ from the first one while still maintaning the same character, petra grew-up and became sex incarnate, her tits are nice, the details are awesome, and everything just works so nicely, would be a perfect 10 if it had managed to keep more of the penguin theme going, but despite the fact petra is like the NijiEN member i care the least about her second outfit is probably my fav in Niji EN
