Yes, the beginning of her last stream which mostly devolved to her whining about not meeting anyone was frustrating to watch.
But once she met up with Reine and decided to have some goals in-game herself it was a lot better, great even.
First 1/4th of the stream was a 2/10, when she was complaining, her enjoying the gambling itself was fun.
Reine meet up was 5/10, afterwards it was a 9/10 imo.
She should change her mindset of using the game for memeber interactions and just set in-game goals to do, interactions will happen on their own eventually.

She has often approached the game poorly so far, but when it works it works. When she has a task to focus on it is a good mix of gameplay commentary and tangents. When she meets someone it is kino. When she is waiting for something to happen it is excruciatingly bad and brings out her worst aspects.

her problem is that with these open sandbox games she doesn't really have a lot of direction and often just fumbles around aimlessly wondering what to do. This also happens to a lesser degree in Minecraft, but in that game she's already reasonably competent so if she sets a goal she can usually reach it, so it's not as frustrating, both for her to do and for the audience to watch. With Rust she's just learning the mechanics at the same time so there's still a lot of unsureness, indecisiveness and reluctance, which leads her being more scared of things than she should be because she still doesn't know what they do or how stuff really works. She's getting better at it with every stream, but still...

Points for improvement:
Plan out goals before the streams - "this is what I want to achieve today", can be crafting an item, building stuff, conquering an NPC hideout, whatever. This would give herself some direction to work towards and make the streams less miserable aimless "so uuh... what the fuck do I do now?" fumbling around where in the end she's just sitting in her corner wishing someone would interact with her.

On the topic of interactions:
She clearly wants them, she openly stated this is her main purpose of playing the game in the first place. So there's no getting around it or simply advising her to just be happy doing solo streams. But she goes about actually getting these interactions in a pretty retarded way. Other people seem to have way less issues with that - just take the last stream, she had to "officially ask" Irys to get some interaction. Meanwhile after that Irys herself just casually hung out with Gura and Bae, and hell even Koyori, without having to formally set it up, they just walked up to each other and interacted.
Kiara has to choose: either get over her social autism (no more "oh no I'm scared, what if it's ~awkward~, I wouldn't want to bother them, I would just look ~desperate~..." girl you are making it only worse by whining about not getting any interactions but then not taking the plunge when the potential is there. So if you're not going to stop whining and be happy playing solo, just do what the others are doing, they seem to be managing just fine) and simply walk up to people, or continue doing that thing where she "formally" invites people and sets up collabs beforehand. It's a little less "organic" and natural, but hey, if it prevents her from being lonely and miserable, it's better than nothing.

Hopes for the future:
Server reset should be good. She has advanced and can start playing the next season on a more even playing field with the others who had a head start. I wish she formed a faction with some likeminded folks, so she has a support group of friends around who are clear to hang out with (so she isn't as reluctant to approach them as she is with new people, and doesn't have to be trolled by the griefing murderhobos if she wanders out in the wilderness). They could also set common goals to work towards for the team (basebuilding, organizing raids on NPCs, etc), so the streams have some direction
