There's a lot to like about a many of their members, but the company itself has always been pretty bad
In the early days they were literally a self-admitted black company with staff working 16 hour days and sleeping under their desks. They were shitty enough that the talents basically formed an impromptu union and threatened them into changing things
They pretty much just toss new chuubas out with minimal thought and investment and only back up the ones who are financially successful
KR and ID got screwed hard by mismanagement, Yumenographia got killed because running a hostess club looked bad for their IPO, and their India branch basically got disappeared like someone in a Stalin photo
They tried to run a concert during the previous peak of the coof and everyone caught it, and look like they're about to do the same again
Numerous graduations or indefinite hiatuses due to dissatisfaction with management, so many that JOPs are memeing about it calling it the graduation rush and asking who's next
