Having an artist that ends up caring about the vtuber using their design is nice and all, but should by no means be a requirement.
Redjuice does not need to care about IRyS.
What he needs to do is put some professionalism on display when it comes to dealing with his business partners.
While there have been some incredible feats of incompetence on display on the side of Covers management, they manage to get new outfits for every other talent, so I can only conclude that redjuice is incredibly uncooperative.
