If you are going to stream an RPG, stream that long because nobody really watches such long playthroughs in America.
Try to play a game, at least once a week, that nobody has played before: either old or new game.

if you're getting into HoloEN, there's a good chance that your life's generally a mess. this isn't even really streamer advice, but if you follow it trust me when i say it'll pay off. organization will set you free. so many ENs are horrible at every single form of self-management, which leads to being late for streams or messing up collabs by not having everything prepared. your fans will softly coo you, but people do notice.
on the other hand, if you do little things like keep a consistently updated schedule, always start on time, then people will stick around.
also, do guerilla streams often. maybe one every week or two. even if it's something you actually planned but just dont announce. sure you'll get less viewers for it than if you scheduled, but it'll make for a pleasant surprise for people. the kind of pleasant surprise that gets them addicted.
