I mean for what it’s worth I can understand what she means about streaming. While streaming, even an introverted person can get swept up along for the ride. But once you’re finished, it’s incredibly taxing and if you have a day job or a life outside of streaming its very easy to feel burnout without having a break. The worst part is that even if you stream something you normally enjoy, it becomes a different experience while you stream because its not a watchalong, you have implicit pressure to interact with chat and entertain them. Bonus points if you have a multilingual chat.
Given how often Towa ends up doing work on a break, she really hasn’t had a real vacation in like two years. I remember not having a vacation for like 22 months and I was so burnt out by the end that I was literally staring at my screen mindlessly for hours on end because I was so mindbroken with accumulated work items that I didn’t even know where to start. I will miss her very much and will probably menherapost endlessly while she’s gone, but I think this kind of break will only be a good thing in the end.

Again, the problem with that is that she needs income for her idol work, plus she wants to stay connected in the FPS scene. To be frank, Aqua doesn't stream and "focuses on idol work" and her live was pretty bog-standard and generic. I know that's not all Aqua working on, but it makes me appreciate that Towa puts out the kind of quality lives she does while also streaming pretty regularly.
I also think she cares too much about what people think about her to go down that route.
