Okay reading the chubanite thing, and decided to do the thing of just asking. So at risk of spilling my beans in just gonna ask if you can use chubnite (that's what I'm calling it now) to harness certain elements to improve their industry or whatever. How i would personally suggest it is that they shouldnt necessarily have the best metallurgy, but they are able to do with metals a few things others cant. Magic metallurgy, magic tools, magic alloys, etc

directing global current would be impossible for both balance and practical reasons. you can definately make windmills more effective, but what's the point if the energy you would spend to do that would be enough to power a civilization on it's own? remember, chuubanite has basic functions that can be used instead. plus, there are more creative, and efficient ways to improve windmills than to just make the wind blow stronger.

not quite, just because comfyanon hasn't gotten to the "crystal math" section yet doesn't mean he's going to abandon all the hard work that was put into making the system what it is. outdated is not the correct word here, as outdated implies it is no longer valid. if we collectively decide to change it after the documents are compiled and simplified, so be it, but until then the old stuff is not only not outdated, but it would make for great reference material to show the history and purpose of the developments that will still be correctly in-date for lack of a better term once this project is finalized.

from what i can get: our workshops and their smiths work in a similar fashion in that they pursue a craft with passion and don't care about profit as long as they get to do more of what they love.

the difference would probably be that our workshops love to share their love and have no qualms about showing around their fruits of labour while /mhm/ seems more hesitant of showing their stuff openly.

I've been thinking about how fairies could work on Vitubia. They have a crazy amount of chuubanite in their bodies. Their whole bodies are complex chuubanite circuits on a cellular level. Fairies can only live in places with naturally high concentrations of chuubanite: fairy springs, magical forests, erupting lava springs, and other places to energize. Fairies also eat tons of sugar. Fruit, nectar, sap, pastries, and juice are all in a fairie's diet. Thoughts?

I'm borrowing some world-building from another project. Homonculi and Fairies are similar creatures in anatomy. Except homonculi are artificially created and have no wings. Homonculi are also like programmable machines more than free-spirited fairies. Fairies are pretty chaotic. Anyway fairies fly by releasing energy with their wing scales every time they flap. Fairy dust is actually their wing scales. Fairy dust is also a source of pure chuubanite making it a valuable material. Fairies can also self-destruct like a bomb if their energy builds up. As for what energy the fairy has depends on the chuubanite. They mostly stick to elemental powers like heat, electricity, and cold. Though sometimes fairies can combine these properties to make spells that accelerate plant growth or even cause clouds to rain. They can even embed objects with chuubanite curcuits with their fairy dust to create animated moving objects. Though animated objects are just programmed to do their one task before stopping. How they do this stuff is a mystery.

Anyway most of these feats should fall in line with chuubanite limitations. I hope.
