i'm in the business since Gen3. I also watch Holostars. HoloEN is just getting worse. Holostars EN were a pleasant surprise. I'll have to look into HoloID a bit more because Moona's autism is so powerful that she convinced others to play AoE2.
But overall I'm leaning into leaving Hololive because there's not enough interesting new content.

I used to watch Hololive a lot. Unfortunately many of Hololive talent (especially JP) have been exhausted and experienced mental burnout (ironically OP oshi seems one of talent that suffered the most). Luckily I've found new hobbies and only watch Pekora and Subaru VOD on the weekend.

I used to back when it was big in 2020, but kinda got bored.
The EN side was always bad though. The JP side is still good on occasion, but its hard to care.

I just watch indies. I can actually talk to them and have an actual conversation, its pretty nice. The mid sized 50-100 views are the perfect sweet spot of being able to casually watch while still being able to interact. Too small and you actually actively have to be chatting the whole time, too big and you never get interaction beyond a throw away joke maybe being read.

I will fap to holo/niji porn though.
