This is a week earlier then Most collab bans too, so my rrat is that management wanted to separate the weeks for starsjp and Holoen so it’s not somewhat organized and not a hodgepodge of collabs.

That depends on them actually, they may not like the audience that Mori has, I certainly don't. Twitch basically added the ability for people to make addons to streams. Some are kinda lame and just distracting, but the ones designed for specific games are pretty neat.
