I can already tell you she will not. Elira's commentary and reactions to games are extremely lacking. That's why even when she was playing buff games like DMC5, RE 2 remake or Xenoblade her viewership neither was above the norm nor was she able to convert those /v/-core/JRPG viewers into actual new followers.
And MGS isn't even Pomu's biggest buff game, that's Minecraft. Just last week she constantly got over 4.5k viewers farting around on the EN server 2 days in a row.
