I'm not big fan of Rushia's voice but I love her screams, I really would love to hear her cover some death metal song one day.
As for Ayame, I will never understand why people love her giggles so much, but she definitely has the cutest model out of all Holos.

Ayame is is a cute/fun voice with a legendary laugh.
Meanwhile Rushia has impressive range. She can do a cute voice, handsome voice, really guttural yells, really loud screams, and death metal roars.
Rushia would win IMO, but her audio setup is a huge debuff to me personally.
Her mic clips because she boosts the levels a lot and the amount of treble present rapes my ears.

Ayame is incredibly untalented, has nothing unique about her, she's the kind of dime a dozen bitch you can easily find on twitch.
Her Live2D is amazing though

Her live2D design is good but the rigging is one of the worst in Hololive. It has both the lack of movement range of Coco's old model and her mouth is always frozen in place. They probably would've updated it by now if she streamed more often but she probably doesn't care.

Not really a tough choice. In one side Ayame had her diabetes inducing laugh, but that's about everything. While on the other side, Rushia also had her diabetes inducing laugh, though not on par with Ayame's. But Rushia's wide voice range from cute loli to ara ara to metal scream to her deep voice when she sings Yoru ni Kakeru with Haachama in 2nd fes.
