His takes on the parts were mostly right, although he did seem to forget that most CPUs from intel today have integrated graphics while few from AMD do. I guess that's from not having to worry about integrated graphics in so long, you definitely forget about it until your GPU dies and you don't have a second option until getting a new one. Also he thought some of the parts are older than they are, but only off by a few years and desu I was surprised by some of those dates too.

Nah even the generic K CPUs, which you would want if you are planning on overclocking, from Intel have integrated graphics. The other option is a KF CPU which is a K but without integrated graphics, I'm not sure on the price difference between the two but I assume KF is cheaper so if you want to save a few bucks it may be worth it. As for AMD their standard X CPUs, which are the ones you can overclock, do not have integrated graphics, for that you want the G CPUs which are generally used for laptops as you say or lower powered OEM computers and I think you can't overclock these either though I'm not usre on that one.
Basically for Intel it will have integrated graphics unless stated otherwise and for AMD it won't have integrated graphics unless stated otherwise.
