Both of them specialized to different directions.

Moona build bunch of farms and automations. She's the Redstone master.

Ollie have very high level of organization skills and patience for terraforming. The underground railway are all credited for her.

Risu have the aesthetic senses. She mad the entire Risu Island, and the floating island, and other things. She admits she like building stuffs.

Kaela is pure mining and grinding. She's probably the explorer and miner of the group so others can focus on building and terraforming.
