The general rule of thumb is Twitch if your content is primarily based on livestreaming and YouTube if your content is primarily pre-recorded and edited.

First, ask yourself if you would watch a streamer of your skill and experience. Second, do a check on social media and look to see if other streamers are already creating similar content. Don't limit yourself to vtubers, include traditional real life streamers to scope out a potential audience.

I really am lately. For the first month or so I had a pretty rough time of it, with lots of 0 view streams, but as of the last few weeks I have had 2-3 regulars along with a handful of others that show up every time I stream and I have a relatively active chat these days even compared to lots of people I see with a higher ccv than me. For feet I don't know, but for the legs I'd say you need to put on some weight.
For the tights size you should go 2 sizes lower than whatever you wear. Turst me on this one, according to the chart I'm supposed to wear something between M and L, but in reality I need S or even XS otherwise it folds. It will be a tight fit at first but then it shapes up.

It might not look like it but my legs have a lot of meat. I'm 77kg on 183cm, which is "normal" but i have almost no tummy so it's all in the thighs. Currently I'm not focussed on growing so much as I am focusing on improving my stream for my current fans. Functionally improving the stream for either reason will probably result in the same thing but I think the difference is important to me psychologically. Even the idea of having fans is kind of strangely exhilarating at this point. I always thought it was weird when chuubas and other famous people thank their fans all the time but I totally get it now. I want to better myself so that my fans will be proud to have supported me. And I know I can't give up because I can't have my fans be sad that I disappeared or even worse that they forget me entirely.

Need some advice: How stupid is a gimmick where my real life self is my vtuber's manager?

I'd stream as the vtuber avatar, but my video editor, networker, clipper, is all "him," which would just be my real self.
I could bring up this manager in videos on my channel when there's a bit that calls for it, he makes appearances at convention panels for me, stuff like that.

I'm wondering if this is just a silly idea that doesn't have any merit, or a bad idea because I'd be directly showing my face which can make it that much easier to be doxxed.
I have no problem showing my face on the internet, just wondering if I should incorporate that into my vtuber personality in a creative way.

I thought that part of the joke was that my voice was obviously the same across both characters.
Captain Disillusion does this phenomenally when he's done convention panels before, where the Captain shows up in video, and his unpaid intern (which is still him just as a different character) makes the appearance.
He goes so far as to have a body switching thing in one of them and I would steal that idea for when I had to do streams where I need a physical body.

This post is probably a joke but please for the love of god don't date someone that much older than you, especially who would be into that. Suicide anon, have you considered debt?

My advice?
Get a credit card (not a debit card) with the highest maximum debt you can find if you don't have one already.
Consider getting a second credit card if you already have one, think of a 'reason' to give your bank, like a second credit card for specific expenses, and let them walk themselves into the idea for you. You'll get approved.|
Then take the largest personal loan you can, and then start racking up credit card debt like crazy on your two cards, as much as you want and your limit allows.

Move somewhere with your money. Build something with it. Live however you want. Live a life you always wanted. Live a life you want to try. You will be able to do anything. LIVE IN LUXURY.

To me, your voice has a nice range (one I personally prefer) that's decently open (and you're doing well, relatively, to your background).
You have a voice with a full tone. That practice probably pays off in this coordination.

If you sang I would definitely watch those, live or even as VODs.
I would say in particular don't worry about le vibrato bad. Lots of vibrato is one reason I wondered if you sang opera, so I don't think it has to be a bad thing, at least not right now. Again, you sound better than some of the young opera singers I've met (although in their defence they have to sing with a great deal of volume, it sounds quite painful honestly).
You could work on efficient use of breath, then the volume in particular for that type of music and you would probably not sound out of place, as far as would be expected of you.
Perhaps you are also forcing air more than necessary because of an interest in metal, rock, or scream? Just asking, because it wouldn't surprise me if this formed a particular habit.

I think you should listen to yourself with live monitoring and playback on a low delay,
that you should listen to recordings, and discriminate between them to make adjustments as you practice, evolving as you go,
and that you should focus on one thing at a time that you want to see some steady improvement in over a long time, not everything at once.
Just focuses that will make you better in general as far as technique goes. This is probably the best you can do if you're training yourself, -that's correct, right?

I wouldn't say focus on any particular larger goal except being better at singing in general, probably will end up sticking with a wide selection of pop in that case. I wouldn't say there's anything wrong though with playing into a strong hand you already have.

How the hell does everyone get such clear mic audio on streams, even the seemingly quiet ones?
I've got my AT2020 setup with my Focusrite and always am stuck between these two issues

I use a noise gate, a noise supression filer and a compressor filter on my cheapo USB mic in OBS and have had no complaints. I even have an RTX card and don’t use the RTX Voice feature or whatever it’s called.
Read a tutorial or two on how to use filters in OBS and you’ll get much better results.
