Fundamentalist Mormons, and Mormon doctrine in general, only believes in polygyny, not polyandry. So that wouldn't work.
Polyandry in general is extremely rare in human societies, really only seen to any major extent in a few remote parts of the Himalayas/Tibet and maybe a few places in the African jungle.
