As per usual, depends on the number of viewers a talent can bring. Even very small channels can have a snowball effect if your game is popular so people can shill you for free.
Even very small streamers such as our talent Rin over here have what is called in the business "memetic potential" which can easily translate to thousands of dollars in free publicity via worth of mouth if done right.
However not everyone is willing to do sponsored streams because it might bore the viewers and taint their image. Kizuna Ai decline was partially due her constant shilling of mobages which no one wanted to watch. Most of the followers watch sponsored streams because they want to support their streamers, not because they are actually interested on the game. This works great for you but not so great for them.
Therefore, an easy rule of thumb is to pay them 100 times what they get on donations every stream. Sounds ridiculous when you say it, but that is the real rates big companies go by, sometimes even 1000.
Raid Shadow legends was infamous for throwing around 10.000 everyone willing to shill their crap because they knew it was crap.

Of course, you will have to talk to this with the streamers in question, but get ready to unload a bunch of cash and you might even get rejected when they do. They are entertainers first, and no one watches T.V for the ads.
