Not just the usual Ugandan Knuckles model, it's an extra deformed Ugandan Knuckles.
Although, I've noticed his latest model has reduced the number of distinct Knuckles details. Maybe he wants it to look less like a copyright violation since that might have been one of the things that stopped him from being able to collab with JP corpos before.
