Sora's boring, but shes one of the few that actually adores idol culture, and shes basically the reason why hololive exists.

Instead of graduating idols, I'd fix the actual problem and make a new youtube channel. The reasion why cover suddenly got so anal about copy write and permissions is their youtube channel got 2 strikes a few years back, and a third one will kill their channel. Why they just didn't make a fresh one i'll never know.

The second thing I'd do is gut the current management, and rebuild it from the ground up. I don't know about the meme about cover being controlled by the chinks, but they sure as shit do have some shitty managers that forget that they're actually supposed to be the ones that help the idols instead of make them their bitches and bow to stupid whims, like Kanatas insane manager for example.

Third, I'd make yagoo actually be able to do stuff in his company instead of just be a figure head. I wonder if I would regret that later, but I dont think he could do any worse than whats going on right now.
