I've only felt that this year. Its a combination of a really shit year and having Elden Ring be her main content, which invites the worst out of her and chat. Since Ina doesn't actually engage with her community beyond the occasional glance at chat or zatsudan/drawing, she's only had months of needy backseating similar to the sort she got at the start of her career seen as far back as Hades and Half Life.
Look at what she did at the start of this year Elden Ring. Hatoful Boyfriend, cozy BotW streams, the Nintendo Direct watchalong, tons more chatting streams, she sounds a lot liver in those. Sometimes a game can be a viewership debuff, ER is a personality debuff.

If you want some optimism, she's still gunning for that office. I can't really see that being a major benefit to her art career than what her current setup does and she's self-admitted to being selfish so independence from caretakers isn't a motivation either. This is a massive commitment just for streaming content so she can do stuff her house restricted her from doing.

TL;DR she'll get better when ER is finished.

This is what really stood out to me, as the "artist" vtuber, she gets an incredible volume of absolutely beautiful fanart... but she then commissions Kuroboshi to do her header and profile picture.

I get it, she's a fan and it's cool to be able to be able to get a personal commission that would normally be totally out of reach, but it's a total snub to her fan community - she doesn't really give any sort of encouragement to her fans, even though that was one of her original goals. The whole point of streaming is that there is *some* fan interaction and feedback, right? All you really get from Ina is the occasional lecture when she doesn't like a meme or when her attention-starved chat tries to make it's own fun.

I don't think she hates her fans, but you do get the feeling she takes them for granted- "You're not responsible for my success, you're just here to watch me succeed."
