Zeta got WAY MORE subs predebut than Kaela did just because of her generic moe model and is now sitting at almost 100K more subs despite Kaela regularly beating her in views these days.
Another very obvious example of this was NijiEN Gen 1 debuts. Finana had way more subs and viewers than Elira and Pomu did for a the first few weeks. Now she struggles to make 1K viewers.
If Irys had Kronii's model she's probably be sitting at 2 million subs now. Model debut momentum can be huge.

I don't want her to be a moeblob, but there is a real reason her model is so divisive. Her mouth has real rigging problems, her eyes have very few expressions, the color palette is weirdly both muted, bright, and black/white. Frankly... it's a complex mess of ideas where no clear design element shines through. All it would take is a few small tweaks, but as it is now it is noticeably lower quality than the others. Like an attempt at a complex masterpiece that just ended up muddled.
