Finana has had poor numbers as of late but I think she's too too iconic to get rid of at this point. The whole "yabai feesh" shit really caught on and asides from Selen and maybe Pomu I'd probs guess she's the most recognisable NijiEn female to more casual vtubing fans. I'd have Reimu, Millie, Rosemi and maybe Sonny all on the chopping block before her.

Yugo might come a very good streamer eventually but as of right now they're a mess.

Niji EN is clearly not showing signs of slowing down anon and a new wave is likely already formed to be the counter pick to Luna (Moon and Sun theme) for Q4. That would rise them up to nearly 40 talents. Yugo is talented, but again I stress, should have been apart of the VTA. Gives them 6+ months to adapt in a controlled environment and can debut as a JP rather than the butchered English they have now.

Girls - Finana, Rosemi and Nina. Why? Because of all the girls, they have lost what made them good. They don't have a role except Finana, and being a yab machine is not a role worth keeping.
As for males - Yugo, Sonny and Shu.
Yugo is a mess of a person. Should be JP to at least have a fighting chance. Shu and Sonny are, to me, just utterly forgettable and don't stand out when compared to their peers.

A weak link in this case would be someone causing something that hinders everyone else. Nina was this for a bit with her constant "lmao off-collab! lets off collab!" constantly which really downgraded everyone's content she got involved with.
