The result will largely depend on what Fubuki does as she is the most powerful party involved. If she stays out of the conflict altogether, Pekora may have a better chance. Marine and Botan are stronger than anyone on Miko’s team but they are also the only strong member’s of Pekora’s team. Flare and Nene are Miko’s heavy hitters and Nene’s power is often inhibited by her own comedic incompetence. Suisei and Koyori are moderately powerful, well suited to picking off Pekora’s weak links, but if Flare and Nene aren’t able to check Marine then they sure as shit won’t be able to.

Now the dispute is over which side will give in first and make the invitation, something still difficult to do with all the drama involved.

This is a game of pride, it started with "don't respond to Discord messages" or "stream overlap" escalated into a conflict where the more one side tenses, the more the other responds.
Pekora already had a low-collab policy. Now that Miko doesn't invite her anymore because of the conflict, no collabs are going to happen outside of big events.
It only ends when one side stops tensioning because the effort to maintain it becomes too unpleasant.
