It's not confirmed because it's all behind the scenes stuff but all the other VShojos own their designs and characters, Kson included, so it would be strange if Nazuna was the sole exception to that. Probably the only input VShojo asks of them is to notify management if they want to go through a major redesign so they can have new official art made up to match the new design.

Basically they would have to actively be screwing her over if she didn't own it so it's doubtful that's the case.
